Contract Review

In need of a contract to be review for use with clients. I offer financial coaching service to clients in need of meeting their personal financial goals. I do not sell any financial products, I only offer my clients ways to be manage their finances in areas of budgeting, credit, life events such as college or home buying, etc. The contract I have is one that was provided by my institution as a sample for use, but was advise to have an attorney review it to make sure it was legal in my state.
