Contract Manager
Job Description
Contract Manager is responsible for the management of contracts made or to be made with customers.
A bachelor's degree and/or computer skills in MS Office software are preferred.
Patience, focus and strong written communication skills are required.
Typical Duties
Research customer Points Of Contact (POCs) in response to assignments
Submit Notices Of Interest (NOIs) to target customers
Populate customer onboarding documents, including Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Contractor Qualifications, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Certificates Of Interest (COIs)
Submit customer documents along with supporting documentation including W-9s, OSHA 300, Environmental Health & Safety (ES&H), Personnel Safety Cerrtifications and Technical Training certifications
Draft corresponding summaries of agreements, issues, contract renewals and proposed resolutions
Manage correspondence with customer representatives
Track customer contract status, updating spreadsheets reflecting submissions, acceptance, issues, Purchase Orders (POs) and contract values.
