Contract Agreement Draft
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a roommate who will register the Internet Service of the shared apartment under their name (for price benefits). But they might leave in a year with over 1 year left in the Minimum Subscription Period (MSP). They do not want the risk of me not paying for the rest of the MSP when they leave, which would make them liable for a hefty Termination Fee.
I want a contract drafted where the main idea is that it guarantees that I will pay for all the fees for the remaining MSP when my roommate leaves.
The contract should be:
-Thorough enough to cover basic outcomes/scenarios (like bankruptcy etc.)
-legally binding according to the Law.
-have a penalty when terms are broken.
The skills required should be a basic understanding of contract drafting that is subject to the law.
Both of us (the 2 parties) will explain the details privately and provide thorough information. The work will be to take our requests and draft a contract with them in mind. A regular back and forth communication between all parties for the duration of the job should be expected.
When both parties have no complaints to the final agreement, they will have it signed with the drafter as a witness. If stamping is required, then it will be paid by us.
