Compile an agreement for a new HR Consultancy
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are a startup HR Consultancy, accordingly working with different companies to establish a business relationship.
For this, we require an agreement which lists down all the terms and conditions of services which we would be rendering to the clients (here, companies for whom we would be providing the services. e.g. fulfilling their resourcing requirements and helping them to search appropriate candidates according to the requirements).
Furthermore, this agreement that lists the terms and conditions would also include the % of commission (remuneration) etc. that we would be charging them as our professional fees for the services that we render.
