Company contract

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me with creating a company contract. Specifically, I am seeking a service contract. I do not have any specific clauses that I need included; however, I do need assistance with this matter. I have a preferred contract length of less than one year, so I would like for this to be taken in to consideration during the contract creation process.
