Contract for the provision of Communal Cleaning Services

Nature & Scope of Our Requirements
The contract includes the services required to provide the communal cleaning service. Changing faulty, defective or spent lamps in the communal hallways will be included

The Specification for this Contract is set out in Appendix One of this document which also forms Schedule One of the Draft Contract.

Whilst it is our intention to award a Contract to the appointed firm(s) as a result of this tender, we reserve the right to procure any aspect of our requirements from any other provider/s as and when we deem it necessary.

Goods, services or works provided as a result of this tender may be for the benefit of any member of the VIVID Group of companies.

All information provided in the tender documentation and on the portal is given by VIVID as a guide and in good faith.
