Commissions agreement for a cleaning agency
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Looking for a lawyer that could help me draft a legal agreement for a cleaning agency based on commissions.
I'm collaborating with a cleaning agency and I'm passing all my clients to them, but they will still pay commission to my business for all existing and new clients that I will pass to them.
The agreement should include:
-nature of the agreement
- Terms: commissions % agreed for 1st cleaning 10% and from second cleaning onwards 8%
- terms of payment
- non-exclusivity
- cleaning agency can change business rates at any time but the commission rate would remain the same unless a new commission rate is agreed upon.
-Termination or suspension.
I'm looking for a short contract, based on Australian laws.
Need this by next week at the latest.
