Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case preparation, filings, and trial support
- Draft, proofread, and cite-check legal documents with a high level of accuracy
- Manage case files and maintain organized, up-to-date documentation
- Track deadlines and coordinate deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Maintain court calendars, hearings, and scheduling (including Zoom and conference calls)
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal teams
- Perform e-filing in state and federal courts
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and correspondence
- Collaborate with legal staff to support overall team objectives
