Canadian Privacy Litigation Counsel Needed

Job ID: 39771395

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I am currently litigating a civil claim in Canada with an estimated value of CAD 650,000 that centres on privacy, consumer-protection and reputational-harm issues. Discovery is underway and the matter could soon head to motions or trial, so I need a lawyer who can step in quickly, get up to speed on the filings and strategy, and represent my interests with confidence.

The mandate covers full legal representation—court appearances, written advocacy, settlement discussions—as well as ongoing strategic advice on how best to present the privacy and consumer-protection elements of the claim and manage reputational risk. Drafting or refining pleadings, affidavits and any forthcoming motion materials will also be required.

Admission to practise in a Canadian province and solid experience with privacy-related torts and consumer-protection statutes are essential. If you have successfully handled cases involving reputational damage or privacy breaches and are ready to take the lead on a complex, high-stakes file, please tell me about your courtroom track record and availability to begin.
