Buyout Agreement Attorney

My busines partner and I are 50/50 owners in our company, a well-established YouTube channel with 370+ videos and over a quarter millions subscribers. He will be buying my 50% of our company. I need a lawyer to review the buyout terms he and I have agreed on—I say "buyout terms" loosely because we wrote them with no legal experience and I have doubts about whether everything he's asking for could or should be included in a legally binding contract. Therefore, I'd like the attorney to use their expertise to make sure I'm getting a good deal, won't get screwed somehow, and there's nothing in the current buyout terms that will prevent me from finding success in future ventures.
