Business Contract Review and Negotiation Support (Stage 1)

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in reviewing business contracts, agreements, and terms & conditions on a regular and ad-hoc basis. The ideal candidate will also provide support during contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze business contracts, agreements, and terms & conditions.
- Identify potential risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
- Provide recommendations and revisions to align contracts with our business interests.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
- Work on an as-needed basis, depending on project requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts, preferably in equipment manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, legal clauses, and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely reviews.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Legal or business background preferred.
