Bring a lawsuit to a health insurance company
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am looking for professional legal help in bringing a denied insurance claim lawsuit against a health insurance company. Currently, I do not have a lawyer to represent me, which is why I am going through Freelancer.com for the right candidate. It is very important to me that this dispute is resolved with financial compensation. I understand the complexity of this situation, and I look forward to hearing from the right individual with the necessary experience and dedication to ensure a successful outcome.
I am sending the files I have so far for my wife who passed away on 8.1.22. Just as a review of the information on Friday 7.29.22 we were denied a CT Scan by Premier Radiology that was ordered by my primary care physician Dr. Brent Coil. When I inquired why we could not have the CT Scan the first response was that I would need to pay $611 for a co-pay. When I told the receptionist it seemed to be much higher than normal I indicated I would just pay it so we could find out why she had slight pain in her side. After agreeing on the high deductible she looked at her computer screen and told me I would need to reschedule for the following Tuesday. My wife went into shock on 7.31.22 and passed away on 8.1.22 due to the out of control infection that occurred in the next two days. By the time I took her to the hospital she could not breathe. I then received a letter that I have put in the shared drive indicating that the CT scan was not needed to diagnose my wife's pain on 7.29.22 which I assume Premier Radiology must have been notified somehow while she looked at the computer. My only regret is not taking her to the emergency room but she said she would just wait until Tuesday. She never made it. The report from the emergency physician indicates on page 29 and page 40 that there were barriers to getting a CT scan. The only barrier I can think of is the cruel treatment I received from Premier Radiology and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I have made a second request for the 432 pages for her medical records from Dr. Brent Coil and I am going to have them by the end of this week. These records are coming from CIOX Health. I have been in severe depression since she died and I feel that if someone could have at least taken care of getting this CT scan we could have possibly made it through this or at least I would not have had to endure watching her going into shock on the way to the emergency room on 7.31.22.
