Bilingual Manufacturing Contract for Metal Straws
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm seeking a professional to draft a bilingual (English and Chinese) manufacturing contract for my custom collapsible metal drinking straws, packaged in a custom carry case.
Key elements to be included:
1. A 12 month defect product warranty clause
2. A clause stipulating that I own the custom mould of my product
3. A Non-Disclosure Agreement clause to protect my intellectual property
The primary signatories of this contract will be myself and the manufacturer.
