Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the sale of my land by finding potential buyers and negotiating deals.
2. Generate a new/duplicate copy of the original sale deed, as the current one is tampered.
3. This will involve working with the local Sub-Registrar office and completing any required legal formalities.
4. Provide regular updates on progress and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
Requirements:

2. Familiarity with the process of obtaining duplicate sale deeds in Telangana.
