This is an Asset Purchase Agreement for FedEx Ground delivery routes in Fort Myers, FL. What is being sold is called a carve out and represents ~1/3 of the existing business. The existing business will continue to operate and exist as an C-Corp. The Purchase Agreement has been prepared by the Route Consultant, the Broker. The potential buyer has submitted a markup to the original Purchase Agreement. Need to review the Purchase Agreement and respond back with comments.
