Appointment of First Auditor for Newly Incorporated Private Limited Company
Budget: ₹600 – ₹900 INR
I have recently incorporated a Private Limited Company in India under the Companies Act, 2013. I am looking to appoint a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) holding a valid Certificate of Practice (COP) as the first statutory auditor of the company.
The scope of this project is only for initial documentation and appointment formalities. I will be filing the necessary forms (like ADT-1) by myself. I just need your assistance with the following:
Deliverables Required:
Auditor’s Consent Letter (to act as first auditor)
Eligibility Certificate under Section 141 of the Companies Act, 2013
Certificate of Practice (for verification purpose)
Any other legally required declaration/document for appointment of the first auditor
Requirements:
Must be a qualified Indian CA with a valid and active COP
Must be eligible to act as an auditor under Section 139 and 141 of the Companies Act, 2013
Should be open to verification of ICAI membership
This is a small one-time project, but I may consider long-term collaboration for future ROC, ITR, and audit filings if all goes well.
