Air Conditioning Service & Repair Contract Proposal
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in urgent need of a proposal for an air conditioning service and repair contract.
The contract will cover:
130 villas quarterly servicing ducted units. The standard contract will contain 2 options for servicing the villa air conditioners. The Service and Repair option and Service only option. You will need to provide a quotation for each option on a cost per villa per quarter basis and your quotation should be submitted by close of business 30 April 2025
Evaluation Criteria
A. Capacity to provide required services
1. Demonstrated capacity & experience with scale of work
2. Quotation clarity (understanding the specific site requirements & standards)
3. Commitment to maintain an inventory of commonly used spare parts
4. Staffing, supervision & backup arrangements
5. Licences held
6. Qualifications
7. Insurance
8. References
9. Access to required machinery and equipment

C. Value for Money (capacity and price)
