US government contracting

I am looking for someone who has experience in bidding and winning US federal government contracting to help me with my minority owned small business. Specifically, I need help with submitting quotes for products, and IT proposals in SAM, and other US government platforms. I will ONLY hire someone with prior experience in doing that kind of work.
