Wix Site Co-Build Assistance

I’ve already started my site on Wix and want to keep my hands on the mouse, yet I need an experienced partner to guide me in real time. The goal is to leave each session with visible progress I understand and can maintain on my own.

What we’ll tackle together
• Set up and fine-tune the Wix Booking system so clients can secure appointments seamlessly.
• Finish the service forms each client fills out based on the service(s) they select
• Connect contracts management—whether through Wix’s own automations or an approved app—so each confirmed booking triggers a digital agreement for e-signature.
• Configure the Wix payment system so that nothing is booked until payment is made online and the contract signed. Ensure the contract and amount due is updated based on the service(s) chosen.
• Tie everything into an inventory system, ensuring I know where each item is, how much to charge, and when to go pick it up from the renter. Allow the client to increase the rental duration during the contract period.

I’m looking for screen-share working sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, or Wix’s own live co-edit) and/or in person sessions, where you explain each step as we build. If custom code in Velo by Wix is the cleanest route, walk me through that too, keeping the scripts well-commented so I can edit later.

By the end, I want:
– A fully functional booking-to-payment-to-calendared workflow tested with at least one sample client.
– Contracts auto-generated based on if/then questions and stored in my Wix dashboard.
– Inventory counts, locations, and pick-up dates updating without manual intervention.
– Clear notes or short Loom clips recapping anything we code or configure.
