SpotDraft Contract Template Migration & Account Setup
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need an experienced SpotDraft specialist to take our existing sale-purchase agreements, currently in Word, and rebuild them inside our company SpotDraft account. The goal is to give my team click-button contract generation with reliable version control, so they never have to touch the original Word files again.
Scope of work
– Analyse 2–3 Word contracts and map every variable, clause, and conditional section.
– Recreate each document as a clean SpotDraft template, setting up smart fields, conditional logic, and the standard approval flow already active in our account.
– Enable automated contract generation so users can fill a short questionnaire and instantly output the final PDF.
– Configure SpotDraft’s native version control to track every revision made after a contract is generated.
Acceptance criteria
• All templates populate correctly from the questionnaire without manual edits.
• Generated contracts preserve formatting, clause numbering, and cross-references found in the originals.
• Version history is visible and functioning on every generated contract.
• A brief hand-off call and written guide show my team how to launch, edit, and update the templates themselves.
