Service Agreement Abstraction & Review Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a detail-oriented legal professional to help me work through a stack of Service Agreements. Your main focus will be to:
• Abstract each contract, pulling out every key clause or term, the parties’ obligations, and all critical dates or timelines so that I can load the data straight into our contract repository.
• Redline incoming drafts against our preferred template, flagging deviations and proposing clean, business-ready language.
• Provide a concise yet thorough written review of each agreement, highlighting risks and recommending practical next steps.
I will supply the agreements in Word/PDF together with our hierarchy of fallback clauses and a sample abstraction template. Please return:
1. A completed abstraction sheet for every agreement (Excel or Google Sheet, my template).
2. A marked-up redline (Track Changes or equivalent) plus a clean suggested version.
3. A short summary memo (one page max) outlining material issues, unusual obligations, and any date-driven actions.
Accuracy and consistency are crucial; I’ll spot-check abstractions against the source documents before signing off. If you have experience with lease or sales contracts too, mention it—future work may expand into those areas, but the immediate need is Service Agreements only.
Let me know how soon you can begin and roughly how many contracts you can comfortably process per week.
