Secure Septic Contracts, Lake City

Job ID: 40389023

Budget: $10 – $15,000 USD

I own a full-service septic company here in Lake City, Florida, handling installation and repair, inspection and maintenance, as well as regular pumping and cleaning. What I need now is a determined contracts specialist who can open doors I haven’t reached yet.

Your mission is to locate, track, and help me win new work—both direct government contracts and subcontracting opportunities with larger primes or general contractors operating in the region. I currently have no active agreements or relationships in place, so we will be starting from scratch with vendor registrations, capability statements, and pre-qualification packets where required. You may need to monitor SAM.gov, the State of Florida Vendor Information Portal, local county and municipal bid boards, and construction plan rooms, while also networking with builders, civil engineers, and utility contractors that regularly outsource septic services.

My offer is straightforward: once a contract you sourced is formally awarded to my company, you receive 20 % of that contract value.

Deliverables I expect
• A running tracker of open solicitations and subcontract leads suited to septic work in Columbia County / Lake City and surrounding areas
• Proof of submission or registration for each qualified opportunity we pursue
• Contact information and correspondence logs with decision makers or prime contractors
• Confirmation of award or loss, including feedback that can improve future bids

Acceptance Criteria
A lead is considered successful when it turns into a signed purchase order, task order, or subcontract agreement naming my company as the performing vendor. Your commission is triggered on the date of contract execution.

If you are experienced in government procurement research, construction lead generation, or commercial subcontract matchmaking—and comfortable navigating tools like SAM.gov, DemandStar, or BuildingConnected—let’s start bringing in steady septic work together.
