UK Residential Sale Solicitor Needed

I am selling a residential property in the UK as part of an investment reshuffle and I need a qualified solicitor to take the matter from initial instruction right through to completion. The property is already marketed and I expect offers shortly, so I want the legal side ready to move quickly.

Your core tasks will be to prepare and manage the full contract of sale pack, review and, if required, update the existing lease agreement that sits with the property, and handle all correspondence with the buyer’s conveyancer. I will also rely on you to lodge the necessary forms with HM Land Registry, deal with any standard enquiries, and schedule exchange and completion dates that fit with my timeline.
