NDA and General Contract Writing

I need legal contracts drafted, including a non-disclosure agreement and a general contract between two parties.

Requirements:
- Non-disclosure agreement for personal use (lifetime with monetary value for breaking)
- General contract including:
- Duration of agreement
- Obligation to delete all photos/videos
- Nullification of all debts and obligations
- No contact clause between parties
- Additional terms may be required
