IP Licensing Agreement Review

Job ID: 40611143

Budget: $200 – $500 USD

I am close to signing a perpetual licence for a piece of university-developed technology and have reached the final-revision stage of the contract. I need a lawyer who lives and breathes licensing agreements to go through the document, focusing above all on the intellectual-property-rights language to be sure my ability to exploit the technology is fully protected, unencumbered, and enforceable worldwide.

You will:

• Analyse the current draft, flagging any gaps or one-sided provisions that could limit or dilute my perpetual rights.
• Propose clear, commercially practical redlines and alternative clauses.
• Supply a short written brief that explains every recommended change in plain English so I can take an informed position with the university’s tech-transfer office.

I will provide the existing agreement and all term sheets immediately on project start; quick turnaround is appreciated so we can keep momentum with the university team.

Experience with technology-transfer deals and patent-heavy licences is strongly preferred, but above all I need someone who can defend my interests quickly and persuasively during this last round of negotiations.
