LLC Contract-Signing Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run a small technology-focused LLC and need a formally appointed manager who can put pen to paper on my behalf. Your core responsibility is straightforward: review and sign client service agreements that I have already negotiated, ensuring each document is executed correctly under the company’s name.
I’ll handle sales, scope, and pricing; you’ll step in once we’re ready to formalize the deal, verify that the final draft matches the terms I approved, and sign as the authorized manager. All signatures will be digital for now, although an occasional notarized hard copy may come up. Because these are service agreements in the tech space, familiarity with common SaaS or custom-development clauses—IP ownership, confidentiality, data security, and acceptance testing—will help you spot inconsistencies before signing.
The legal appointment paperwork is ready. We’ll start with a simple resolution naming you manager, followed by a short onboarding call to walk through our standard contract template. After that, expect ad-hoc requests when new clients close; typical volume is two to four agreements per month. I’m looking for someone responsive within one business day and comfortable keeping light records so we can track what was signed and when.
You must be US based and have a valid SSN. If you have previous experience as an authorized signatory, paralegal, or operations lead in a tech company, that’s a big plus. Let me know about similar roles you’ve held and how you stay organized around document control.
