International Sales Contract Draft
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a legally binding international sales contract written in English for the sale of physical products to Nigeria.
We have been provided with a contract by the Nigerian customer which we want checked through. Is there also a way of checking if the contract is genuine?

- Pricing and payment terms - Proforma payment by TT
- Delivery and shipping responsibilities
- Risk of loss and title transfer
