Draft 50/50 Singapore Shareholders' Agreement

Manage client relationships
My existing Indian company (sole proprietorship) will:
Perform BIM engineering services
Invoice the Singapore company for project delivery
Act as the primary delivery partner
The Singapore company will retain the commercial margin after paying the Indian company.
