Digitize Contract via DocuSign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an eight-page residential lease that needs to move from a plain typed document into DocuSign so my future tenant can review, complete, sign, and return everything online. DocuSign is the only platform I want to use; please build the template directly inside my account (I’ll share access once we start).
I’m not certain which custom fields are best for a smooth signing flow, so I’d like your guidance on layout and logic. At minimum the form must capture emergency contact information and all required signatures; you can suggest any additional fields you feel are standard or legally prudent.
Deliverables
• A fully configured DocuSign template matching the exact wording and formatting of my 8-page contract
• All signature, date, and emergency-contact fields placed correctly and tested
• Brief hand-off notes (or a short Loom video) showing me how to send the agreement to tenants
