Australian Consulting Contract Drafting

I’m launching a management-consulting venture here in Australia and need a lawyer or seasoned contract specialist to draw up client agreements tailored to the local regulatory landscape. The document should clearly spell out the scope of services we’ll provide so there’s no ambiguity for either party.

While scope is the top priority, I’m also open to your advice on whether payment schedules, confidentiality clauses or other protections should be integrated so that the final contract stands up to ASIC scrutiny and aligns with Australian Consumer Law.

Deliverable: a reusable, professionally formatted contract template (Word or Google Doc) that I can brand and issue to new clients straight away, along with a brief summary explaining any sections that might require adjustment from project to project.
