Assistance with legal case – Equipment Ownership
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for legal assistance within Australia.
Summary:
- An ex business partner has no legal or beneficial ownership interest in certain mining and earth-moving equipment; and
- He acted solely as an intermediary/agent in transmitting company funds to suppliers; and
- Ownership of the equipment rests with our company and/or its associated operating entities.
We are not seeking damages, costs orders (at this stage), or findings of fraud unless necessary.
We are seeking a declaration or decision that will:
- resolve a third-party interference issue in Bougainville, PNG; and
- provide a court-endorsed position to PNG police who have declined to act without Australian judicial confirmation.
