App & Website Policy Drafting
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My mobile app and its companion website are almost ready to go live, but I still need all of the core legal documents created from scratch. Nothing exists yet, so every clause must be drafted fresh and tailored to the way the platform handles user data, payments, refunds, and general service usage.
Deliverables I need are:
• Terms & Conditions that clearly outline user rights, service limitations, and dispute resolution
• Privacy Policy that details data collection, storage, sharing, and compliance with major regimes such as GDPR/CCPA (or other relevant frameworks you identify)
• Payment Policy that explains accepted payment methods, billing cycles, and security measures
• Refund & Cancellation Policy that sets fair timelines, eligibility criteria, and step-by-step request procedures
Each document should be written in plain, reader-friendly English, formatted so it can be dropped straight into both the website footer and the in-app legal section. Please ensure all internal references, definitions, and hyperlinks match across the set, and provide editable files so I can update future revisions internally.
I’ll share product flow diagrams, user journey screenshots, and any additional business details you request once we start. Final acceptance will be based on clear alignment with the platform’s processes, absence of legal inconsistencies, and readiness for immediate publication.
