Investor-friendly Django Property Rent Estimation and Investment Value Web Application

I'm seeking an experienced Django developer to create a user-friendly rental estimate and investment value estimate website. The interface should efficiently cater to the needs of investors and real estate agents. For the the phase, the site will enable users to input specific details such as the location, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms to generate a reliable rental estimate (every similar to https://www.rentometer.com/). The second phase, the site will give an investment value estimate for all properties on sale and rank them based on it. The investment value is based on listing price, estimated rent, and mortgage interest etc.

- **Information Inputs**: Design forms to capture essential property details like location, number of units, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, type of property.
