professional development for teachers

I am looking for a professional who can assist me with curriculum design for high school level teachers' professional development. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating effective curriculum and materials for high school teachers. The project will require the following skills:
- Curriculum design expertise
- Knowledge of high school level education
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with developing webinars and online resources
Will need to create a powerpoint presentation with 50 slides and transcript in the comment section along with references APA style to Pedagogical research (Australian, UK and USA) on methods to improve literacy and teaching methods in class. I will own all rights to the content created.
The desired format for the professional development materials is a webinar. The project will involve creating engaging and informative webinars that cover various topics related to high school education and curriculum design. The selected professional should be able to collaborate with me to develop a comprehensive and effective curriculum that meets the needs of high school teachers.
