I need a screenwriter

Hello there! My name is Toni G! I had started a screenplay called Honor Among Thieves a few years ago and would like to get it revamped! Its a short film so 45 minutes to and hour was the time frame people. I want to build the suspense for the next piece. Its based in Detroit 2006. That Year was the beginning of the Economic Collapse of Detroit so it was a lot of crime here. 3 Co-workers of a plant decided to commit a heist that no one believe was possible. I've never had experience in screenwriting so all help would be greatly appreciated.
