need education content writer to create presentation for workshop

I provide workshops to parents in my local school district in New jersey in usa... my workshops are 90 minutes each..

I have an outline with content so i need someone to:

1) turn my outline and content into a PPT presentation (70% should be discussion and engagement, and NOT me lecturing or talking too much, and 30% should be some type of activity based like the parents do a 'turn and talk discussion' or where they break out into groups for a few minutes)

4) an extended short ebook like summary that you write out more in depth information of the topic based on the ppt and info.
