influencer in maritime (social media content creator)

I need someone to run (create content based on a content plan, deliver weekly short videos/other about digitalization in maritime) a social media account. If you already have followers it's a benefit, but not necessary. Our goal is to make Maritime business a safer and smarter business. There will be no product/brand placing.
