X.com Automation for Content Reposting

I need automation for posting on x.com from various websites or public social media sources. The posts will include text and media (images or videos). currently I have built a scenario using Make.com, it is simple one with some errors and used to bring text post only.

Key requirements:
- Define cost-effective tools, with multiple options preferred.
- Assist in building the workflow and troubleshooting any issues.

Process:
1. Fetch content from websites or public social media posts.
2. Rephrase the text.
3. Translate the text to my preferred language.
4. Include the media.
5. Post it to x.com.

Requirements before payment:
To allow me to evaluate the proposal it is mandatory to provide the following:
1. provide me your plan to implement this project project
2. the used tools in this automation, to give a clear picture if this suitable for me or not
3. how long does it take to implement the project
4. did you provide support after implementation? if yes, for how long?

** without these requirements, the proposal will not considered.
