I am looking for a reliable freelancer to upload apartment rental listings from 5 residential buildings in Miami into my Zillow Rental Manager account.
I will provide a link for each building that includes photos and existing apartment descriptions. You will be required to rewrite each description using the supplied content (you may use ChatGPT or equivalent tools) and ensure the language is polished and professional.
Each building contains approximately 5–10 units, and every section of each Zillow listing must be fully completed with accurate details, photos, and descriptions. No fields should be left blank.
Requirements:
Upload listings for all provided units across 5 buildings
Rewrite each unit description based on the supplied content
Ensure every Zillow listing is fully completed and optimized
Strong attention to detail
Ability to complete the entire project within 2 days or less
Important Notes:
Please only bid if you can complete this project within the 2-day deadline
Do not bid if you intend to renegotiate or increase your price after being selected

You’ll receive:
• my Zillow Rental Manager login credentials created for this task (2-factor will be coordinated)
Your task is straightforward: create each listing, double-check that all required fields are populated, write or paste the short highlight copy where indicated, and upload the corresponding photos in logical order. Once everything is live, give me a brief report with the public URLs so I can verify.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of units published without Zillow error flags
• Featured amenities appear in the first 300 characters of the description
• Photos display in the sequence kitchen-living-bed-bath-amenities
If you know Zillow’s interface well, this should be a smooth, single-sitting project.
