YouTube Video Editor for Informational Content

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to help with my growing YouTube channel. I primarily create informational content and need someone who can give my videos a cinematic touch.
Key Requirements:
- **Editing Style:** The ideal candidate should have experience in cinematic video editing. I want my videos to be engaging, visually pleasing, and professional.
- **Video Length:** Most of my videos are around 10-20 minutes long. The editor should be able to maintain viewer interest throughout this duration.
- **Understanding of Informational Content:** You should have a good sense of how to edit videos that inform and engage, rather than entertain.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in video editing, specifically in the YouTube content creation sphere.
- Proficiency in cinematic video editing.
- Excellent time management skills to adhere to deadlines.
- Strong communication to understand my vision and implement it effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and maintaining viewer interest in longer form content.
