Written Accounts from Ex-Art School Graduates

I want to collect written personal accounts from freelance creatives who studied at art school or wanted to be artists when they were growing up, but now work in different jobs - whether that's advertising, creative industries, or another business. I am interested to hear why you gave up making art, and learning what you think about art now.
