Writer/Research Assisstant for Rock Documentary YouTube channel
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We're a small-but-growing YouTube channel that creates short documentaries on famous Rock & Metal artists. The team consists of a writer/narrator and a video editor.
We're now looking for a freelance writer and research assistant to join the team on a part-time or "work whenever you want" basis.
The role will consist of:
* Researching artist biographies, and extracting potential storylines
* Helping with the script writing process
* Finding relevant video footage online (old interviews, shows etc.)
Requirements:
* Deep interest in Rock and Metal artists - and the "behind the scenes" stories
* Small portfolio (at least) of writings or previous works
* Experience with similar projects preferred, but not required
* You do not need to know film industry standards for scripts - we write in essay format
