B2B E-Commerce business seeks talented writer with a technical background to contribute content to its help center. The content will consist of policies and useful information towards for our clients as well as SOPs for our staff.
You must be fluent in American English and have the talent to create highly engaging content capable of explaining all sorts of topics. We expect videos, screenshots, illustrations when applicable and some acumen in E-Commerce.
To qualify you must also have a portfolio for a help center you already previously contributed to within the last 12 months.
