Write a Promotion & Marketing Plan

For a new development of Micro Living Apartments I need a Promotion & Marketing Plan. This is needed to present to possible investors in the project. I need to Promote the Building to ensure the spaces are fully rented out as soon as possible from doors open. As well as that I need an Asset Management Plan for the same development. Outlining the various tasks typically needed in Micro Living developments, people needed for the jobs and the day-to-day running of the Asset
