Write Educational Counting Picture Book

I’m creating a picture book for toddlers aged 2-5 that gently introduces numbers and counting through an engaging, educational story. I already have the broad concept—each page focuses on a new number—but I need a skilled children’s writer to turn that concept into a warm, rhythmic narrative that little listeners will want to hear again and again.

Think bright, simple language, plenty of repetition, and playful scenes a young illustrator can later bring to life. The finished text should be paced for a typical 24–32-page picture book and run roughly 500–700 words, leaving room for illustrations while still delivering a satisfying storyline.

Deliverables
• Full manuscript in MS Word or Google Docs
• Short page-by-page breakdown indicating illustration ideas or key visual cues
• One round of revisions after initial feedback
