We run, a consumer legal info site. We have a 60-day publishing plan (Mon–Fri). Tasks are 1–1.5 hrs per day and involve publishing AI-friendly SEO content with disclaimers. Content & HTML will be provided via ChatGPT Prject Share and will include content

Daily Workflow (VA Checklist)

Each day, do the following in WordPress Admin:

Log in → Dashboard → Pages → Add New.

Add Title & Slug (provided).

Add Custom HTML Block → Paste full HTML (content provided).

Add Second Custom HTML Block → Paste JSON-LD schema (FAQPage / HowTo / Article, provided).

Insert CTA Block (Reusable CTA “Free Case Review”). Confirm links → /start/.

Add Disclaimer (provided).

Add Internal Links (per instructions for that day).

Add 1 Featured Image → Insert → Set alt text with target keyword.

Yoast SEO Professional:

Enter Focus Keyphrase (provided).

Ensure SEO Title and Meta Description are set (provided or tweak).

Check Yoast “Green” for: keyphrase in title, H2, meta, alt text, first paragraph.

Set Schema type (Article, FAQ, or HowTo).

Enable Social sharing meta (OG title, description).

Menu → Add new page to correct menu.

Preview Desktop/Mobile → Fix spacing/headings.

Publish.

Log Result → Record live URL in task tracker.

Yoast SEO Professional Checklist (applied daily)

Focus keyphrase set and used in Title, H2, Meta, First Paragraph, Alt text.

SEO title: ~55–60 chars, includes year if relevant.

Meta description: ~150–160 chars, action-oriented, includes CTA.

Schema type set correctly (Article / FAQPage / HowTo).

OG meta set for Facebook/Twitter.

Readability: short paragraphs, subheadings, transition words.
