Withdrawal Request Guide Update

I need a crisp, text-only set of instructions that we can attach to our ANZAC Day withdrawal notice. The goal is to show users exactly how to submit a withdrawal request ahead of the 27 April processing pause so they avoid delays.
What I’m after
• A short banner paragraph (≈50 words) for the site pop-up.
• A fuller email/FAQ blurb (≈150-200 words) that walks users through the steps to create, review and confirm a withdrawal request from their dashboard.
• Tone: friendly, plain English, consistent with our current Support voice.
• No screenshots or video references—written guidance only.
