Website design and content writing for real estate business

I am looking for a website designer and content writer to help me create a website for my real estate business. The primary goal of the website is to provide information about the properties I have available.
Skills and experience needed:
- Website design: I need someone who can create a visually appealing and user-friendly website layout.
- Content writing: I require engaging and informative content to be written for the website.
- Real estate knowledge: It would be ideal if the freelancer has experience in the real estate industry or has knowledge about property listings and descriptions.
- Purchase Domain + storage and upload the website after finishing the design
Additional information:
- I do not have a specific website design in mind, so I am open to suggestions and ideas from the freelancer.
- The freelancer should be able to work independently with a few similar website examples.
- Advantage - Basic knowledge and understanding of real estate in order to understand my business and target audience in order to create a website that meets my needs.
