Website Translation & Localization

Job ID: 40560302

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I’m looking to have my website content translated from English into Spanish and French and then fine-tuned so the wording feels natural to native readers in each region. The project goes beyond a straight translation—I also need regional terminology checked and adjusted so the pages resonate with local visitors.

Scope of work
• Translate all supplied web pages from English to Spanish and English to French.
• Localize word choice, idioms, and region-specific terms (for example, “you all” vs. “vosotros” for Spanish where appropriate).
• Preserve formatting, hyperlinks, and any embedded SEO keywords I flag.
• Deliver each page in its original HTML or Markdown structure so my developer can drop the files straight back into the site.

Quality expectations
• Natural-sounding, error-free text that matches the tone of the original English copy.
• Spot-on regional terminology that avoids generic or machine-like phrasing.
• Consistent use of headers, lists, and code snippets where they appear in the source.

When you reply, please tell me:
1. How you ensure cultural and regional accuracy.
2. Any similar web projects you’ve completed.
3. Your estimated turnaround time per 1,000 words.

I’ll share a short sample page so you can show your approach before we proceed with the full site.
