Website Manager with Marketing Skills

I am looking for someone to play the role of a project manager for a new website, you will write the overall content and work with designers/developers to deliver a complete website to the owner.
The owner will explain to you what the business is all about and you will write content and advise on website design and graphics etc and deliver a website that reflects the business model.

This is not a technical gig but more of marketing communication
